The project:
The homeowner bought the building's communal storage that was next to her apartment on the ground floor. After finalizing the permit and the construction planning, we broke the separating (double) bearing wall and renovated and improved the energy efficiency of the space, both from the inside and the outside.
Highlights:
The project included the following works: breaking the supporting wall, insulating the walls and roof, replacing the windows with new wood with HR++ glass, floor heating, new flooring, sliding and anthracite doors, and finally, plastering and painting it all.
